All digital product sales are FINAL once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
No refunds are available for digital content due to the immediate access nature of these
products.
Refund requests must be made in writing within 2 days of purchase or before the course
officially begins, whichever comes first.
If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, you are no longer eligible for
a refund.
Course credits (not cash refunds) may be offered for future programs in special
circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event or session to
receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are not refundable but may be rescheduled (subject
to availability).
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but partial refunds will not be issued.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of:

Technical errors that prevent product delivery.
