Dr. Janice Little is an optimistic visionary educator (social worker) who is passionate about serving children and families. She has extensive experience in a school setting where she received several awards for creating and developing innovative programs. Dr. Little is a forward thinker who continuously strategizes on finding solutions to everyday problems. She serve as a mentor to 4 students, 4 small business owners and consults with numerous doctoral students throughout the dissertation process.

Dr. Little is a member of Alliance of Social Workers in Sports (ASWIS), Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice (CSSJ), and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). She has been described by her peers as a leader who is highly ethical, creative, focused, committed and loyal.  She is the author of two books: The G.O.O.D. (Getting Out of Debt) Diva's Journal and The Graduate's Gift (4 Bases for Success). Dr. Little is also an entrepreneur who has several businesses, Players Properties, LLC, The Graduate’s Gift, LLC, GOOD Divas Investments (Consultant Services) and GOOD DIVAS INVESTMENTS, LLC.  (Mississippi)
